Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable individual to join our team as a Garbage Truck Loader. This temporary position involves collecting and loading refuse on garbage trucks, working with private contractors, and adhering to strict weight handling guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and load refuse on garbage trucks
  • Work with private contractors to ensure efficient waste management
  • Handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs) with care and precision
Work Environment

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are comfortable with physical labor. The work setting is with private contractors, and the work term is temporary.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Ability to work 40 to 44 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
