What is the Opportunity?
As a seasoned Investment and Retirement Planner at Royal Bank of Canada, you will create customized investment solutions for prospective and existing clients within the financial services industry. You will work closely with internal partners to acquire and consolidate existing and new clients, while leveraging your creativity and motivation to drive new investment sales. Your expertise will enable you to provide world-class advice and solutions that help clients achieve their long-term financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored financial planning strategies using a range of investment and portfolio solutions.
- Acquire and consolidate existing and new clients, while building strong relationships with internal partners.
- Connect clients with the right RBC team members to meet their ongoing needs.
- Develop external business referral sources through networking, marketing, and centers of influence.
Requirements
Must-have
- Financial Planning Designation (PFP or CFP or QAFP)
- Mutual Funds License (IFIC or CSC)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in financial planning
- Proven networking and client acquisition skills
- Ability to cultivate strong partner relationships
- Digital savviness and ability to effectively utilize mobile applications
