Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced teacher to fill a long-term substitute position in our Grade 1 French Immersion program. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction and creating a supportive learning environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor of Education degree or equivalent
  • Native-like fluency in French and proficiency in English
  • Experience teaching Grade 1 French Immersion
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
