About the Role

Guerriero Landscaping Inc is seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team as a Snow Removal Specialist. As a key member of our winter maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and accessibility of our clients' properties during the winter months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear snow and ice from walkways, parking areas, and other outdoor spaces
  • Operate snow removal equipment, such as snow blowers and plows, to efficiently clear snow
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, often in cold and inclement weather conditions
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and effective snow removal
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as groundskeeping or snow removal
  • Ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
