The Opportunity

We are recruiting a full-time Accounting Technician in our office. This position will consist of a variety of financial responsibilities with particular emphasis on Trust reporting, monthly financial analysis, budget preparation and review, accounts receivable and accounts payable. The successful candidate will also be trained in other financial areas and be expected to assist in these areas during peak times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Display exceptional organizational ability and exhibit the utmost attention to detail
  • Multi-task efficiently and effectively in a time-sensitive manner
  • Possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Work cooperatively in a team environment
  • Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite Package, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Minimum of five years of relevant accounting experience as well as a Diploma/Degree in Accountancy
  • Experience in a law firm (Acumin legal software) is desirable but not required
