  • Experience: Candidates should possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance.
  • Work Environment: This role is primarily outdoors, engaging with nature and the elements.
  • Core Duties:
    • Recruit, manage, and schedule a team of staff members.
    • Coordinate the planting and maintenance of trees, gardens, and lawns.
    • Estimate labor and material requirements for projects.
    • Oversee and direct landscape construction activities.
    • Maintain accurate work records and logs for project tracking.
    • Perform repairs and maintenance on landscaping equipment.
    • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for operations.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: You will oversee a team of 3-4 individuals.
  • Specialized Areas: Experience in snow removal, lawn care, tree services, grounds maintenance, and landscape construction is preferred.
