Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at Gate of India NW Inc. in a permanent position.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers.
  • Advise customers on menu selections and make recommendations.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers.
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs.
  • Provide customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.

Requirements:
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Organized and able to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
