Adecco Canada is seeking a highly skilled Project Governance Analyst to join our team in Calgary, AB. As a key member of our Corporate Project Management Office (CPMO), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective execution of projects under the CPMO Project Delivery Framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional groups to integrate processes and drive operational excellence.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery.
  • Governance and Transformation: Support ongoing governance and transformation initiatives within the CPMO.
  • Information Management: Manage information management facilities, including document and data management.
  • Communication: Ensure timely and relevant governance reporting tailored to audiences and steward the CPMO team inbox.
Requirements:
  • Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Project Management and Business Analysis principles, experience with document management tools (ServiceNow PPM, SharePoint, MS PowerBI), and knowledge of SAP (S4) in the Oil and Gas sector is an advantage.
