About This Opportunity

Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited is seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team in Richmond. As a Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products are fully stocked and available to consumers in local grocery stores.

As a key member of our sales execution team, you will be responsible for maintaining and replenishing products in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers. You will also build, change, or remove product displays while adhering to company standards, maintain product signage, clean product space, and secure damaged or defective product.

Additionally, you will manage backroom inventory, identify, monitor, and report inventory levels, evaluate and process damaged product, re-pack product, organize backroom materials, and complete required paperwork.

As a Merchandiser, you will work independently with minimal supervision, and your physical demands will include repetitive lifting, carrying, and positioning of product (up to 50lbs) above shoulder height, consistent kneeling, squatting, and reaching above the head, and ability to push and pull manual and powered equipment containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and replenish products in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers
  • Build, change, or remove product displays while adhering to company standards
  • Manage backroom inventory and complete required paperwork
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Meet physical demands of the role
Qualifications
  • Must be 17 years of age
  • Minimum one (1) year experience working in grocery, retail, warehousing, or related field preferred
  • Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred
  • Minimum one (1) year experience working under little to no supervision preferred
  • Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours
  • Must have current vehicle liability insurance
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record with no major violations over the last three (3) years
