About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Make-up Artist and Wig Maker to join our team at Sikander Hairstyling Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating stunning make-up looks for our clients, as well as designing and creating wigs that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure they meet the high standards of our company.
  • Apply make-up and special effects to performers, ensuring a flawless finish every time.
  • Provide expert advice on beauty products, including colour matching and skin type suitability.
  • Offer general information to customers on beauty products, including make-up techniques and product recommendations.
  • Apply make-up to customers, ensuring a natural and flawless finish.
  • Work with our design team to create conceptual mock-ups for page make-up and placement.
  • Teach clients about comportment, personal development, make-up application, and modelling techniques for fashion shows and magazine advertising.
  • Advise clients on hair colour, hairstyles, make-up, clothing, and accessories to ensure they look their best.
  • Provide guidance on the type, colour, and application of make-up to ensure a flawless finish.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in the make-up industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to distinguish between colours.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
