Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Taco Time Canada. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Balance cash and record sales, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supervise other servers and bussing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of energy and productivity.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
