Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food preparation staff and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and walk
