Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team at Friendly Mini Mart & Laundromart. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Ensure that our sales team is properly assigned to their duties and that they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Authorize Payments: Verify and authorize payments made by customers, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and secure.
- Manage Inventory: Oversee the inventory of our merchandise, ensuring that we have the right products in stock and that they are properly displayed and maintained.
- Prepare Reports: Generate reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights to our management team.
- Resolve Issues: Address any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other challenges that may impact our business.
You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of 3-4 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their goals and objectives.

Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 40 hours per week
