Job Title: Spa Operations Manager

Vernon Beauty Bar Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Spa Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to oversee the daily operations of our spa. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong understanding of spa operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily spa operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality treatments.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory, as well as manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
  • Client Relations: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a spa setting.
  • Work Setting: Spa.

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week.
