Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barback to join our team at The Drake. As a Barback, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bars, providing exceptional service to our guests, and contributing to the overall success of our hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment in our bars
  • Maintain stock levels, polish glassware and silverware, and perform side work as assigned
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
  • Perform general cleaning tasks and closing duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Barback or similar role in a high-volume environment with high standards
  • Energetic and willingness to be active in the workplace, completing tasks that are both physical and repetitive
  • Ability to communicate, multi-task, work as part of a team, and independently
  • Possess and/or eager to develop Food and Beverage knowledge and hospitality experience
  • Flexible availability to work morning, evening, late-night, and weekends
