About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at RPH FOOD SERVICE LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Communication

Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and submit regular reports to management on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and supply chain performance.

Staff Management

Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure adequate coverage and expertise in warehouse operations.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, monitoring inventory turnover, and implementing inventory control measures.

Supply Chain Management

Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels and meet business demands.

Operational Planning

Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.

Performance Monitoring

Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and identify areas for improvement.

Support for Diverse Groups
  • Cultural Competency

Provide cultural competency training and awareness programs to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.

Mentorship Programs

Offer mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees to promote career development and advancement.

Youth Support

Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
