Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to join our team at Wireframe Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of technical projects and programmes, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems to maintain data security and integrity.
  • Authorize the development of specifications for products or services, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients after sale, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programmes, ensuring they are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, making informed decisions to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong computer programming skills, with experience in database management and development of computer applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a hybrid environment, with a strong understanding of workplace information and policies.
