Housekeeper/Homemaker Full Time

Are you a detail-oriented and compassionate individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment? Do you have a passion for providing exceptional care and service to others? We are seeking a reliable and skilled Housekeeper/Homemaker to join our team at Cherish at Central Park.

Job Summary:

As a Housekeeper/Homemaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our resident suites, common areas, and laundry facilities. You will also assist with food service, spend social time with residents, and contribute to creating a warm and welcoming home-like environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of resident suites, common areas, and laundry facilities
  • Assist with food service, including meal preparation and cleanup
  • Engage in social activities with residents, such as games, outings, and conversations
  • Contribute to creating a warm and welcoming home-like environment
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Professional cleaning experience
  • FoodSafe and WHMIS certification
  • Availability to work day shifts, 7 days a week
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
