About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator at BHULLAR & SONS INVESTMENT LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Time Sheet Management: Accurately maintain and process time sheets, payroll, and other summaries to ensure timely and accurate payment.
  • Work Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Warehouse Organization: Organize and maintain a clean and efficient warehouse environment to optimize storage and retrieval of goods.
  • General Office Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Assist with the maintenance and repair of communications equipment to ensure seamless operations.
  • Dispatch and Scheduling: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations by dispatching personnel as required to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Work Order Follow-up: Follow up on issues related to work orders to ensure timely completion and resolution.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices to ensure compliance and avoid any potential issues.
  • Vehicle Operator Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle operator work hours and activities.
  • Communication and Coordination: Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment using dispatching equipment.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
