Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Heavy Vehicle Parts Coordinator to join our team at Recrutement. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of accuracy in our computer systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, both in person and over the phone
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Inventory Management
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including ordering and stocking parts
- Monitor and report low inventory levels to ensure timely restocking
- Computer Systems
- Use computer systems to search for and locate parts, as well as to process transactions and maintain accurate records
- Enter all relevant codes and information into the system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
- Teamwork
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and inventory goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic to intermediate level computer skills, including experience with inventory management systems
