Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies for the sales team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, North America.
  • Facilitate the co-creation and coordination of commercial initiatives aimed at improving sales productivity and streamlining processes.
  • Provide data-driven insights to optimize revenue generation and enhance the onboarding and training processes for new sales team members.
  • Foster a high-performing sales culture through agile and collaborative practices across the organization.
  • Refine go-to-market strategies by aligning with business unit imperatives and employing a consultative approach.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders from various divisions to shape effective strategies and build a culture of mutual accountability.
  • Analyze performance gaps and provide actionable recommendations to enhance sales activities and outcomes.
  • Champion the effective use of sales tools and processes, including CRM systems, to ensure team proficiency.
  • Partner with marketing and education teams to develop optimal pathways for customer engagement and support.
  • Generate standardized performance management reports that align with key performance indicators.
  • Identify and provide sales reports that enable continuous tracking of productivity and efficiency metrics.
  • Collaborate with training and marketing communications to ensure the sales team receives the necessary resources for ongoing development.
  • Engage in defining programs that support the coaching expertise of sales leaders.
  • Act as an ambassador for the sales organization, driving continuous improvement across functional areas.
  • Coordinate sales campaigns and contests in collaboration with marketing, education, and finance teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (e.g., Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Marketing).
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within Sales Operations or Sales Management.
  • MBA or Bachelor's Degree with a quantitative focus is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and enablement strategies in complex markets.
  • Proven ability to navigate matrix organizations and adapt strategies to local market needs.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing strategic direction and executing plans based on analytical insights.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with SAP.
