Job Overview

As a **Culinary Specialist**, you will be responsible for a variety of essential kitchen tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our dining establishment.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

  • Preparing and cooking a range of meals and individual dishes.
  • Creating special meals based on specific orders from the chef.
  • Managing and supervising kitchen staff and helpers.
  • Overseeing daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Setting up and managing buffet services as needed.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
  • Planning menus, estimating food requirements and costs, and monitoring supply orders.
  • Participating in the hiring and training of kitchen personnel.
Compensation

The hourly wage ranges from **$17.62 to $25.00**, based on your experience and skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with four openings available.

Additional Information

Benefits will be available after one year of full-time employment.
