About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Merchandiser to join our team at Advantage Solutions. As a key member of our sales and merchandising team, you will play a critical role in driving sales and brand awareness for our clients' products at major retail locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and replenish shelves at major retailers to ensure Planogram compliance and correct pricing
  • Ensure product freshness and process returns of all unsaleable product
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and sales teams to increase sales and execute client-driven merchandising initiatives
  • Drive sales and brand awareness through effective in-store promotions and displays
  • Provide best-in-class customer service by engaging and educating customers on our clients' products
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of experience in retail, client, or food broker preferred
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer skills; Word, Excel, and Internet usage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
