PSC Group, LLC (CANADA) is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to drive the company's growth in the Canadian market. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partners, and industry trends in Canada.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the Canadian market.
  • Identify, target, and engage prospective clients in Canada, leading negotiations and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Represent PSC Group at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and market presence in Canada.
  • Collaborate with the U.S. team to ensure alignment of business development strategies and objectives.
  • Provide regular reports on market conditions, sales progress, and business development activities to senior management.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the Canadian market.
  • Sales or operations experience in the Canadian petrochemical industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully securing new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian business landscape, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and key industry sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
