Job Title: Bin Cleaning Technician

Ramos Parkade Maintenance is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bin Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our parkade facilities.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and physically fit individual to perform a variety of tasks related to bin cleaning and maintenance. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate cleaning machines and equipment to clean building exteriors, tanks, chimneys, and industrial equipment.
  • Clean interior and exterior of motor vehicles.
  • Provide customer service and interact with clients in a professional manner.
  • Perform tasks related to plumbing, cold water, and drain lines.
  • Operate chemical cleaning equipment, power tools, and pressure washers.
  • Perform cleaning tasks related to drains, septic tanks, and other areas.
  • Ensure all work is done in a safe and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including wet and damp environments. The position also requires the ability to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel.
