Position Overview:
We are in search of a Civil Project Management Assistant for the Quebec area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager
  • Draft subcontracting agreements and purchase orders
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure seamless site operations
  • Manage progress billing
  • Contribute to the development and oversight of the operational budget for the site
  • Assist in the formulation and monitoring of project timelines

Qualifications:
  • Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in project management within civil construction or building
  • Proficient in French, both spoken and written
