Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands
- Wrap and package prepared meats for display and sale
- Remove bones from meat to ensure customer satisfaction
- Weigh and price meat products accurately and efficiently
- Supervise and assist other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers as needed
- Grind meats to meet customer requests
- Prepare special sausages and other value-added products
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Will train on the job
As a Meat Cutter at NATH MEAT, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will be required to work 30 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
The work language is English, and you will be expected to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
