About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team at Purdys Chocolatier in Park Royal. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in leading our team to success by providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and working collaboratively with our staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate our team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales
  • Work closely with our Shop Management to ensure all functions relating to merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently and to the company's policies and guidelines
  • Guide and support our staff to achieve their full potential
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve our business objectives
Requirements
  • Passion for chocolate and leadership experience in a fast-paced retail/hospitality industry
  • Self-motivated and driven for results, enthusiastic about selling a quality product
  • Dedicated to providing a great customer experience
  • Energetic and enjoy meeting new people
  • Excited about working with a team and building a career and growing within Purdys Chocolatier
  • Available for all types of shifts
