Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KFC. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Supervise and coordinate the preparation and portioning of food to meet work schedules.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates to ensure efficient operations.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and train staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
