About the Role

Finnie Distributing (1997) Inc. is seeking a reliable and physically capable Factory Labourer to join our production team. As a key member of our assembly line, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate production of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Check and weigh materials and products, and sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products as required.
  • Assistance: Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers as needed to ensure smooth production.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Availability: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including on-call work.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in the workplace.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and train is essential.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job is essential.
