We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Meat Processing Specialist to join our team at HALAL MEAT FACTORY. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of meat products.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and Prepare Meats: Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting, and ensure they meet our high standards.
- Cut and Trim Meats: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat for packaging and sale.
- Package and Label Meats: Wrap and package prepared meats, and accurately label them for distribution.
- Remove Bones and Trimmings: Remove bones from meat, and trim excess fat and other unwanted parts.
- Weigh and Price Meats: Weigh meats for sale, and accurately price them for our customers.
- Cut and Prepare Poultry: Cut poultry into parts, and prepare them for packaging and sale.
- Prepare Special Displays: Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products to attract customers.
- Operate Equipment: Operate various equipment, including band saws, manual cutting utensils, power grinders, and slicing machines.
- Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, with a permanent contract.
