Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Guide and instruct apprentices in repair techniques
  • Replace and repair various body components, including doors, frames, and underbody parts
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by filing, grinding, and sanding
  • Mask and tape areas to ensure quality paint application
  • Utilize tools to remove dents and imperfections
  • Install replacement parts securely, using bolts or welding techniques
  • Apply primers and paint to restore vehicle aesthetics
  • Repair or replace interior elements as needed
  • Handle window and windshield repairs
