Role & Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Service department to ensure new and pre-owned vehicles are meticulously cleaned, waxed, detailed, and prepared efficiently.
  • Perform a range of tasks including vacuuming and steam cleaning interiors, washing and polishing exteriors, and addressing minor paintwork repairs.
  • Adhere to dealership standards for every detail job, ensuring exceptional results.
  • Regularly inspect new car inventory to maintain the highest appearance standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable work area.
  • Prioritize safety by adhering to company policies and reporting any accidents promptly.
  • Be adaptable and willing to assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Some knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance, along with previous detailing experience.
  • Sound judgment when executing tasks.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey customer needs and requests.
  • Valid British Columbia driver's license and a clean driving record.
