Job Title: Security Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Dispatcher to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner
  • Utilize Two-way Radio Communication and Perspective Software to track and deploy security personnel
  • Oversee the tracking and deployment of security personnel across all of Brampton Civic Hospital
  • Monitor numerous systems including fire and life safety, access control, and CCTV
  • Assign reports to security personnel when required using reporting software
  • Investigate routine incidents
Requirements:
  • Previous dispatch security experience is an asset, minimum 3 years of security or related experience
  • Minimum 2 (two) years of security or related experience
  • Post Secondary education in a Law Enforcement/Security program from a recognized college
  • Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act
  • Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact and diplomacy
  • All successful applicants must undergo a vulnerable sector check
