Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning Duties: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers regularly.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to ensure a pristine appearance.
  • Minor Repairs: Make adjustments and perform minor repairs on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, contacting professionals for major repairs as needed.
  • Maintenance Tasks: Carry out routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
  • Outdoor Duties: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas, and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens.
Work Environment

This position requires working under pressure and handling repetitive tasks. The role is physically demanding, involving bending, crouching, and kneeling, with the ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.

Working Conditions

The role involves working 32 to 40 hours per week, with minimal supervision required.
