Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary resources to succeed.
  • Authorize Returns: Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for the sales team and ensure they are aligned with business objectives.
  • Sell Merchandise: Sell merchandise and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Organize Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Supervise Sales Team: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers to ensure they are meeting their targets.
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 sales workers.
