The Regional Director of International Operations plays a pivotal role within Accreditation Canada's International Accreditation team and leadership structure.
This position is responsible for guiding and empowering a team dedicated to delivering exceptional client services for the international accreditation initiative.

As the Regional Director, you will spearhead the strategy and design to implement a business plan focused on excellence in service delivery, fostering client retention and expanding market reach.
You will thrive in a matrix environment, adapting and enhancing existing services to meet the evolving needs of diverse healthcare landscapes across various regions.

Strategic Planning and Execution:
Drive the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Develop medium to long-term plans and formulate strategies to secure, grow, and diversify relationships with both existing and prospective international clients.
Collaborate with senior leadership to create and implement regional plans and growth strategies.Continuously scan the environment to identify emerging trends and issues related to healthcare landscapes in various contexts, enhancing corporate knowledge of accreditation and health systems.
Stay informed about new developments, build capacity, and devise strategic plans to maintain a competitive edge.Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and pinpoint areas for enhancement. Work with stakeholders, manage risks, and facilitate effective communication across different business units throughout the product lifecycle.
Assess clients' unique needs by understanding their performance indicators, organizational culture, and context.
Implement significant business decisions and initiatives in collaboration with the leadership team.Serve as the International Accreditation liaison for enterprise-wide collaboration with other business units to achieve common objectives.
A Master's degree in a relevant field such as International Relations, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration is required. An equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered. A clinical background is advantageous.

~ In-depth knowledge of the international accreditation landscape and direct experience with Accreditation Canada programs and services.
Experience in leading senior healthcare professionals.
Bilingualism (French and English) is considered an asset, as well as proficiency in any of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, Arabic, or Portuguese.
