Job Title: Construction Cost Estimator

At Amico Design Build Inc., we are seeking a skilled Construction Cost Estimator to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to estimate the costs of construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and labor costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and detailed estimates of labor and material costs
  • Develop master format estimates for construction projects
  • Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure estimates are accurate and complete
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure estimates are current and relevant

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and labor costs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure

Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with a 50-hour workweek. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
