Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Security Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in accordance with the Aviation Security legislation and UPS Local Operating Plan (LOP) standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance to Aviation Security Legislation to ensure proper procedures are followed
  • Ensure the site is compliant for authority inspections (audits) without major findings
  • Execute UPS Aviation Security Local Operating Plan (LOP)
  • Coach and train people to ensure efficient and effective response to security breaches
  • Monitor screening workforce - motivate colleagues to ensure aviation security standards are maintained

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
