Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of welding tasks, including operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, reading and interpreting welding blueprints and specifications, and ensuring that welds meet standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes.
  • Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment.
  • Operate brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines.
  • Fabricate or repair metal parts and products using previously set-up welding machines.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in welding.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and physically demanding conditions.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
