Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and cases to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Coordinate testing efforts with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Analyze and document test results, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business leaders to enhance our testing processes and standards.
  • Plan and execute test automation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce defects.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or a related field.
  • Diploma or degree in quality assurance, software development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with test case management and issue tracking tools.
