Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Produce Stocker to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a Produce Stocker, you will play a critical role in ensuring our produce department is fully stocked and visually appealing for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Zones the produce department to ensure efficient stock rotation and product visibility.
  • Rotates stock and checks for expired products to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Ensures merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent errors and discrepancies.
  • Adheres to cold chain compliance, temperature recording, and food handling procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Follows proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels, and stock management.
  • Ensures the department is fully stocked with merchandise and ready for business.
  • Follows Health and Safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be physically able to lift and move merchandise as required.
