Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Operations Supervisor to join our team at Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work Schedules and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Supervision and Training: Supervise and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Customer Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs and ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repair work as needed.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Supervision: 11-15 people.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
