The Accounts Receivable Supervisor at REVERSOMATIC MANUFACTURING LTD plays a crucial role in overseeing the financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy of accounts receivable operations.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate events, programs, and activities related to accounts receivable.
  • Manage work schedules and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Provide training to team members on duties and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to management.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of financial systems and equipment.
  • Address and resolve work-related issues, offering technical guidance and recommending improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Verify the accuracy of financial transactions.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review tasks among team members.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for the department.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair of financial systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive operations.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of 3-4 to 5-10 employees.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, QuickBooks, Simply Accounting, and other accounting software.
