Job Title: Site Superintendent, Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to join our team at Wright Construction Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The Site Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the construction process, including planning, execution, and completion of projects
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies
  • Manage and supervise a team of construction personnel, including contractors and subcontractors
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on site supervision
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and changing priorities
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly
