The Nova Scotia Health Authority is actively seeking a dedicated dermatologist to join our team through a TIP TOP funding arrangement. This position is designed for a generalist who will work with both pediatric and adult patients. This mentorship opportunity spans two years and offers a flexible start date. You will have the chance to build a fulfilling practice with continuous support from two established dermatologists in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver comprehensive dermatological care.
  2. Collaborate with specialists in infectious disease, plastic surgery, wound care, and rheumatology.
  3. Provide care for both inpatient and outpatient populations.

Expected Working Hours:
  1. Full-time commitment.
  2. Hours to be determined at the physician's discretion.

Qualifications:
  1. Eligibility for licensure with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC) is required.
  2. Specialists must qualify for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia (CPSNS).
  3. Membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) is mandatory.
