Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1038196 Ontario Limited. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with store staff, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Store Operations: Oversee store opening and closing procedures, ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
- Supply Chain Management: Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Work Environment: Non-smoking, air-conditioned
- Work Setting: Retail service establishment, on-site customer service
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 hours per week
