About the Role

Challenger Motor Freight Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Implementation Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions to protect our information systems and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive cyber defense solutions to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of our environments to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies for mitigating cyber risks.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to integrate security controls seamlessly into existing infrastructure and applications.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on cybersecurity best practices, incident response, and threat mitigation strategies.
  • Implement and help enforce the NIST Framework to ensure compliance and security.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging cyber threats and industry trends to continuously enhance our cybersecurity posture.
  • Drive the acceleration of cybersecurity roadmap projects through effective planning, coordination, and execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on cyber operations and architecture.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex cyber defense solutions in diverse environments.
  • Proficiency with industry-leading cybersecurity tools and platforms, with a deep understanding of network security principles and protocols.
  • Thorough experience adopting the NIST Framework within an organization.
  • Experience with implementing process and policies aligned with Zero Trust Principles.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess and mitigate security risks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
