Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Information Security Specialist(IAM Engineer) to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for providing consultation and advice to partners on technology controls, information security programs, policies, and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation and advice to partners on technology controls, information security programs, policies, and standards.
- Conduct project consulting on risk assessment, definition of required controls, and vulnerability assessments.
- Lead or contribute to the completion of risk and control design assessments for an application portfolio.
- Contribute to the definition, development, and oversight of a global security management strategy and framework.
- Ensure technology, processes, and governance are in place to monitor, detect, prevent, and react to technology threats.
- Develop on-going technology risk reporting and monitoring key trends.
- Work proactively with technology partners and stakeholders to ensure all technology security components are integrated into the bank's overall Enterprise Architecture.
- Consult on regulatory compliance requirements, reporting, and questions.
- Provide support and consulting in preparation for audits and composing management responses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Computer Science, Information Technology, Math, or other engineering equivalent).
- 4+ years' experience in IAM/CIAM and strong technical experience with building and operating enterprise-scale identity solutions.
- IDaaS, and Cloud IAM Security experience are necessary.
- 5+ years of experience with security, including hands-on knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SSO, Multi-Factor Authentication, cloud security, etc.
- 3+ years of knowledge with Cloud Computing platforms, with preferred experience in Azure, EntraID.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Ping Identity, etc.
- Demonstrated expertise in security, operational, and resiliency architecture principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with focused attention to detail, and demonstrated professionalism and time/task management skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to apply analysis to actionable insights.
