Job Title: Information Systems Developer

We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Developer to join our team at AG Marketing & Development Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing databases, operating database management systems, and developing data administration policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop databases to meet business requirements
  • Operate database management systems to analyze data and ensure data integrity
  • Develop and implement data administration policies and standards to ensure data security and compliance
  • Research and document data requirements, data collection, and administration policy
  • Develop policies and procedures for network access and usage, and for the backup and recovery of data
  • Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models
  • Collect and document user requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in database development and administration
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
